EFFECTIVE DATE	2024-25 School Year
POSITION	Food Service Warehouse Worker (10 months) This position will be filled according to Civil Service rules on a probationary basis or by provisional appointment pending Civil Service Examination. The minimum requirements for the Civil Service Examination are: Graduation from senior high school.  Eligibility for a New York State Operator's License issued by the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles at the time of application for appointment.  Possession of valid driver's license at the time of appointment is required.

DUTIES	Receive, inspect, store and distribute food and supplies Maintain accurate inventories of food and supplies within the warehouse Establishes a working relationship with school food service personnel Assure that the warehouse is kept clean, and meets all fire, OSHA, and Department of Health standards Does related work as required
