| DUTIES | -
Acts as a liaison between the School District and Administrators of the contracted Health, Dental, Flex, Life Insurance and Workers' Compensation plans -
Keeps an accurate accounting of attendance for the school district's employees -
Enrolls members and inform them about coverage -
Complete reports in appropriate retirement system -
Answers members' questions about their coverage and resolves claims problems when necessary -
Verifies billing for accuracy and makes requisition for payment -
Acts as liaison between district employees, retirees and insurance companies -
Supports all employee benefit programs -
Maintains records and answers inquiries as to how much vacation, sick, etc. time an employee has left -
Understands and updated on FMLA -
Receives and records accident reports for employees who are injured on the job -
Supports payroll with employee personnel information related to payroll -
Enroll employees in the retirement system -
