| DUTIES | -
Ensures the accuracy and completeness of papers and forms presented for filing, recording or other action. Assembles a variety of data from office records for incorporation into various reports. -
Reviews accounts, reports and other documents for completeness, accuracy and conformity with established procedures. Prepares, and assists in, proofreading typewritten and printed materials. -
Use various computer applications or other automated systems such as spreadsheets, word processing, calendar, e-mail and database software in performing work assignments. Operates varied office equipment. -
Maintains a daily calendar of activities for the department, building or administrator. -
