| REQUIREMENTS | Current NYS license as a Licensed Practical Nurse High School Diploma and completion of an accredited practical nursing program |
| QUALIFICATIONS | Experience in pediatric or community health nursing |
| LOCATION | Monhagen Middle School |
| DUTIES | -
Utilize nursing best practices to gather data, implement, and assist with evaluation of the health needs of students and staff. -
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with health care providers orders and parental written authorization based on established guidelines and District policy. -
Follow communicable disease control procedures and inform and advise administration and/or parents regarding school exclusion and re-admission. -
Provide care for student illness and accidents according to District policies and protocols. Complete accident and incident reports as required. -
