REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications:

 60 College Credits and two years experience related work experience.

 or

Graduation of high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma and four years of related work experience.

This position will be filled according to the Civil Service rules on a provisional appointment pending civil service examination. 

LOCATION

DUTIES

  • Acts as receptionist for Principal and Administrators

  • Prepares, types, and proof-reads work with accuracy

  • Manages telephones, schedules, meetings and appointments

  • Manages records for newly registered and exiting students and updates Student Management System as needed

  • Collaboratively works with all district departments

  • Customary duties associated with the position

SALARY

Salary will be determined according to the MECA Bargaining Unit Agreement
