Diagnose and repair leaks, clogged drains, broken pipes, and other plumbing issues -
Coordinates with contractors and vendors on plumbing related projects -
Ensures all work complies with applicable plumbing codes, OSHA regulations, and, district safety policies. -
Installs water service piping which includes wiping and testing joints -
Installs and repairs fixtures such as laboratory facilities, drinking fountains, and sprinkling systems. - Assemble pipe sections, tubing and fittings, using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, or soldering, brazing and welding equipment
- Repair and maintain plumbing, replacing defective washers, replacing or mending broken pipes, and opening clogged drains.
