Technology Service Specialist 

STATUS

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or possession of a high school equivalency diploma:  AND
  • Two years of experience in a technology office atmosphere: or
  • Equivalent combination of experience and training to indicate the ability to do the work. 

This position will be filled according to the Civil Service rules

by a provisional appointment pending Civil Service examination.

 

LOCATION

Technology Department

DUTIES

  • Performs day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining software and hardware inventory and processing paperwork. 

  • Uses computer operations such as spreadsheets, word processing, databases, calendar, financial and student management systems, or e-mail in performing work activities.

  • Familiar with web-based applications.

  • Furnishes routine information either in person, or via telephone.

  • Customary duties associated with the position

SALARY

Salary will be determined according to the MECA Bargaining Unit Agreement
