QUALIFICATIONS

 

60 College Credits from a regionally accredited registered 4 year college of New York State and two (2) years of related work experience

OR

High School Diploma or possession of a High School Equivalency diploma and four (4) years of related work experience.

LOCATION

Presidential Park Elementary School

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Acts as receptionist for the principal, receiving callers and making appointments and referrals.
  • Arrange meetings and conferences between students, parents, teachers and principal.
  • Answers oral and written requests for information requiring good knowledge of school and district-wide procedures and regulations.
  • Receive records for newly registered students and forward records for students who are leaving the school or district. 
  • Operate various types of automated office equipment and software.
  • Customary duties associated with the position.

 

SALARY

Salary will be determined according to MECA Bargaining Unit Agreement
